Job Description: Operation Executive
Company: Zenyum VN Limited Liability Company
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations (Salesop):
• Monitor and track treatment plan timelines.
• Daily/weekly monitoring of dashboards for data upload, Tx Dr approval, appointment tracking, and SLA compliance.
• Handle expedite requests, status corrections in Salesforce, and issue resolution to prevent delays.
• Manage referral programs, consent forms, translation checks, and ClickUp SOPs/training materials.
• Review closed-lost cases, support onboarding/training for CS team, and handle ad-hoc system updates (SF configurations, tags, email templates).
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards.
Partnerships & Clinic Support (PNS):
• Monitor clinic performance (show-up rates, data upload, treatment approval timelines).
• Handle monthly clinic payments, commissions, and finance tracking.
• Support clinic onboarding, system training (Clinic Cloud), and issue resolution for dentists.
• Manage clinic referral programs, LOI renewals, and seasonal gifts/events.
• Maintain knowledge base, drive storage, and provide ongoing operational support to partner clinics.
General:
• Collaborate across teams (CS, CC, clinics, internal doctors, labs) via Slack, Salesforce, ClickUp.
• Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of operations.
• Support reporting, ad-hoc requests from management, and cross-market coordination.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce, dashboards/reports, and operational processes preferred.
• Good communication in Vietnamese & English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
