Role Overview
Zenyum is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Partnerships Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is a hands-on operational role that supports the core relationship between Zenyum and our network of partner dental clinics. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, high clinic satisfaction, and successful execution of key customer engagement events. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in healthcare B2B relationship management, operations, logistics, and event coordination within a fast-paced, high-growth health technology environment.
Core Responsibilities and Duties :-
Partnerships and Clinic Operations Support:
Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring timely and effective communication with partner clinics.
Act as a liaison to resolve a variety of clinic-reported issues, related to case progression, product deliveries, and technical difficulties with Zenyum’s internal platforms or systems.
Proactively manage clinic engagement by sending scheduled reminder and educational messages to ensure clinics are up-to-date on Zenyum protocols, product updates, and patient case requirements.
Inter-Departmental Communication and Case Management:
Serve as the point-of-contact for internal Sales and Aftersales teams, efficiently addressing their queries by liaising with the partner clinics to gather necessary information and provide informed, comprehensive answers.
Ensure a seamless flow of information between internal teams and external partners to expedite case resolution and maintain high service standards.
Financial and Administrative Duties:
Conduct (and automate) Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate tracking of payments, invoices, and financial transactions between Zenyum and partner clinics.
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as required by the Partnerships team.
Field Operations and Logistics:
Be willing and able to be on the field, requiring occasional travel to our partner clinics across Singapore. This involves relationship-building, problem-solving, and ensuring Zenyum's presence and support are tangible.
Be physically present and involved in the preparation and execution of Zenyum Days (our consumer-facing events), which often take place on weekends.
During Zenyum Days, the intern must be able to confidently and professionally engage with both clinic staff and Zenyum customers, representing the brand and facilitating a positive customer experience.
Provide essential logistics support for Zenyum Days, including the management and transportation of materials such as scanners, consumer products (e.g., Zenyum-branded merchandise), and goodie bags for customers.
Key Requirements and Candidate Profile :-
Personal Attributes:
Demonstrates a highly responsible, dedicated, and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
Possesses the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to fast-paced, often changing operational situations and priorities.

Exhibits soft sales skills—the ability to persuade, inform, and build rapport effectively with clinic partners and customers.
Must be soft-spoken, possessing excellent verbal communication skills that are professional, clear, and reassuring, fostering trust with external partners.
Proven ability to connect with different internal teams across Zenyum and maintain a harmonious, collaborative working environment.
