Growth Marketing Executive HK
Job Description -
We are looking for a passionate & driven Marketing professional to join our Hong Kong Marketing team to take on the role of growth marketing for Hong Kong. You will be directly reporting to our Marketing Manager.
Take charge and build Hong Kong’s most creative and digital smile cosmetics brand! We want you to think outside the box from day one. We want to be perceived distinctively different from anyone else in dental. When people think of the dentist they associate pain, high costs and a non-transparent process most of the time. When they think of Zenyum, we don’t want to be placed in that box: Be humorous, be descriptive, showcase our affordability, but above everything else - make our customers Smile More.
You will be responsible for the CRM, Performance marketing, project and everything related to revenue growth, and collaborate with other marketing functions to drive company growth. You will also work with other departments to create and optimize campaigns related to user journey and upper funnel sales. You will measure the effectiveness of channel ROAS, using learnings to integrate your strategy where necessary. You will also work with our headquarter performance marketing team to identify product and local market insights and share best practices with other regional teams.

Build up all the user journeys on the upper funnel, get traffic in and convert them to be our customers. You need to focus on CRM and Performance functions and relevant projects, but other than that, you have freedom to drive more new initiatives and make the company grow.
Always thinking about customers’ behavior, and love to be part of your life. Marketing is all around your daily life, and your day to day lifestyle will be the important part to give our customers the best experience.
Have knowledge or experience about CRM systems, like Whatsapp, EDM, SMS, and others which can directly reach out to existing customers. And knowing how to do the best practice for content, segmentation and all the elements impacted performance.
To better understand Performance marketing, you need to provide insights and discuss with the regional performance team. Also need to brief with the designer to get 100% what you need.
Able to initiate, collaborate, and track/analyse delivery and make decision to course correct and optimize
We would love to see you -
Have a least 2-year handson experience in Hong Kong related CRM or Performance marketing
FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetics/High-end Consumer product experience preferred
Data and result driven, familiar with AI tools
Bring broad, expert knowledge of communication trends and best practice
Have shown track record to attract and bring in direct business through initiatives
Be curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
Have proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced environment
Open-minded for challenges and have flexibility
