With continuous business growth in Hong Kong, we are looking for a passionate Assistant Account Manager (Hong Kong) to join our team. You will help Zenyum become one of the top oral care brands in Hong Kong by expanding retail channels and driving sustainable brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand both online and offline sales channels in Hong Kong, including e-commerce platforms, beauty chains, electronics retailers, and convenience stores (CVS).
Actively identify and build new retail partnerships to establish long-term relationships.
Maintain and optimize existing sales channels to maximize business performance and brand exposure.
Plan and execute marketing strategies, new product launches, promotional campaigns, POSM, banners, and other projects.
Manage order processing, sales forecasting, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure company targets are achieved.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail, FMCG, or related consumer product industries
Hands-on experience with both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channel expansion and management
Proactive in business development with a strong network in the Hong Kong retail sector
Excellent command of Cantonese, written Chinese, and English; outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Highly responsible, self-motivated, and well-organized
Positive work attitude and proven record of cross-team collaboration
