Job Description
We are looking for a passionate & driven Marketing professional to join our Taiwan Marketing team to take on the role of growth marketing for TW. You will be directly reporting to our senior growth marketing manager.

We want to be perceived distinctively different from anyone else in dental. When people think of the dentist they associate pain, high costs and a non-transparent process most of the time. As a Growth Marketing Executive, you will spearhead CRM, performance marketing, and strategic initiatives directly tied to revenue expansion. You will orchestrate cross-functional collaborations to design and optimize full-funnel campaigns, with a sharp focus on cross-platform KOL content strategy and highly creative ad scripting. Your goal is to engineer seamless user journeys and drive high-impact upper-funnel conversions through a blend of imaginative storytelling and data-driven optimization.
By rigorously measuring channel ROAS, you will leverage data-driven insights to iteratively refine and integrate marketing strategies for maximum efficiency. Furthermore, you will act as a strategic bridge to our HQ, uncovering local market insights and scaling high-performing best practices across regional teams to drive collective growth.
We will trust you -
Performance Marketing & Collaboration
Partner with the HQ performance marketing team and the local KOL team to provide actionable insights derived from real-time data. You will continuously iterate and optimize ad creatives by leveraging KOL-generated content to drive performance.
Brief designers with precision and provide strategic recommendations for KOL collaborations. Your role is to ensure all visual assets and influencer outputs align 100% with marketing objectives and brand standards.
Content Strategy & Video Production
Develop conversion-oriented scripts and plans for short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) to drive engagement and sales.
Funnel Optimization & Growth Initiatives
Strategically optimize user journeys through the marketing funnel—from traffic acquisition to customer conversion.
Focus on CRM and performance functions while remaining empowered to drive new growth initiatives to accelerate company expansion.
CRM & Lifecycle Management
Manage and optimize CRM channels (EDM, LINE, SMS) using best practices in content creation and audience segmentation.
Track, analyze, and course-correct delivery strategies based on performance metrics to optimize ROI.

We would love to see you:
Have 2 experience+ in Taiwan related CRM or performance marketing
FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetics/High-end Consumer product experience preferred
Take care about all the details while delivering to customers
Bring broad, expert knowledge of communication trends and best practice
Have shown track record to attract and bring in direct business through initiatives
Be curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
Have proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced environment
Open-minded for challenges and have flexibility
