Job Descriptions

We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimise paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through strategic performance marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.


You're a fit for this role, if you:

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
* Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
* Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and related tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualisation tools is a plus
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
* A self-starter mindset, comfortable with autonomy, speed, and ambiguity


We are looking for an ambitious Senior Performance Marketing to:

* Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
* Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive conversions
* Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
* Analyse performance data to generate actionable insights and present results to key stakeholders regularly
* Manage budgets effectively to meet monthly and quarterly performance targets
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Analytics) to ensure campaign alignment and end-to-end tracking
* Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
