We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support the HR team with various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and employee records management. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining HR processes, improving organizational efficiency, and learning from experienced professionals in the field. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR practices and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an ambitious HR Intern to:

1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and screening candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage potential talent through job platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.

2. Employee Engagement & Collaboration
• Support the management team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Contributing ideas to team projects that focus on enhancing communication, supplying information, and improving the employee experience involves coming up with strategies or initiatives that benefit both individual team members and the overall organization

3. General Support & Ad Hoc Projects
• Assist with Talent & Culture-related tasks, initiatives, and projects as needed.
• Handle ad hoc requests and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
