Job Descriptions：
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our expanding Hong Kong marketing team. The role is essential to our growth strategy, as it focuses on enhancing our presence and impact in the high-demanding Hong Kong market through offline channels. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be the local face of Zenyum in Hong Kong and play a pivotal role in executing our marketing initiatives, especially in offline events such as roadshows and pop-up stores. Moreover, this role will require working across the region to ensure regional alignment and cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Local Market Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Hong Kong market to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Offline Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows, pop-up stores, and other local events. This includes overseeing logistics, staffing, and ensuring successful event outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to offline marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Taipei marketing team to ensure alignment with the regional marketing strategy and share insights.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for offline marketing activities while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Drive Offline Channel Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Zenyum's presence and customer base through offline channels in Hong Kong.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in offline event management.
• Understanding of the Hong Kong market and cultural nuances.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in both Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a high-demand requirement.
• Tech-savvy and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics.
