Job Descriptions

As a Marketing Manager, you will be the right hand to the Singapore Marketing Lead, helping to manage channels, agencies, and projects that drive Zenyum’s growth in one of our key markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration, ensuring seamless marketing operations and impactful campaigns.

Based in Singapore, you’ll play a key role in bringing Zenyum’s mission to life by executing localized strategies, managing stakeholders, and keeping projects on track. With a focus on organization, adaptability, and problem-solving, you’ll ensure that no detail goes unnoticed while delivering results that make Asia smile more.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

• Experience:
  * At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and a broad understanding of various marketing channels.
  
• Skills:
  * Strong project management skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  * Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving marketing performance.
  
• Collaborative Mindset:

• Advantageous Experience:
  * Familiarity with DTC marketing or lead generation campaigns.
  * Knowledge of tracking tools and systems (e.g., Pixel, GTM).
  * Exposure to regional markets or proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager (SG) to:

* Collaborate with the Singapore Marketing Lead to manage and execute campaigns across various online and offline channels.
* Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Zenyum’s brand and goal.
* Assist in managing and optimizing channels such as Email marketing, influencer marketing, and offline activations to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
* Take ownership of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and outcomes are tracked and reported.
* Work closely with design, sales, customer service, and regional teams to deliver 360-degree campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
* Monitor the performance of campaigns and channels, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and ROI.
