Job Descriptions
We are looking for a passionate & driven Marketing professional to join our Taiwan Marketing team to take on the role of Social Media / Content Manager for TW. You will be directly reporting to our Head of Marketing
You will be responsible for the development, execution, copywriting, and measurement of content on social media platforms, and support Zenyum’s influencer/KOL marketing. You will also work with other departments to create and optimize brand campaigns related to content to drive engagement and performance. You will measure the effectiveness of social and influencer activity, using learnings to integrate your strategy where necessary. You will also work with our headquarter performance marketing team to identify social media trends and share best practices with other regional teams.
We are looking for an ambitious Organic Marketing Manager to:
- Define and drive social content calendar and collaborate with team to create, support, and execute content, campaigns and initiatives across key channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines (including but not limited to IG/FB/Youtube/blogs).
- Enjoy interacting and messaging with users on a daily basis on social media and escalating to sales team to provide further information to customers interested in Zenyum’s innovative smile cosmetics solutions.
- Champion ideas for new content and innovative ways of engaging and reaching audiences on existing social media platforms and discover ways for new social media launches and channels of engagement.
- Be an advocate for the company in social media spaces, forums, and interact with potential target audiences.
- Able to initiate, collaborate, and track/analyze delivery and make decision to course correct and optimize.
- Work with creative designers to create templates for social branding engagement and support basic designs works.
You're a fit for this role, if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Taiwan related content and social media marketing; FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetics/High-end Consumer product experience preferred.
- Realize that words matter and tweak them rigorously until they are perfect.
- Have strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narrative
- Bring broad, expert knowledge of communication trends and best practice.
- Have shown track record to attract and bring in direct business through posts and campaigns.
- Be curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality.
- Have proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and working English.
