Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our paid media efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, optimising cost per acquisition (CPA), and increasing return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Line, Tik Tok and other relevant channels, optimising for performance and scale.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and optimise marketing budgets across channels to maximise ROAS.
- Track, manage, and forecast spend while maintaining a balance between budget and performance targets.
Performance Optimisation:
- Continuously test, measure, and optimise campaigns, including A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Use data analytics tools (i.e. GA4, Looker Studio) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
Data & Analytics:
- Perform deep-dive analysis of performance metrics, creating detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights.
- Leverage insights to refine audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, BI, and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable, on best practices in campaign execution.
Innovation & Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and platform updates to implement cutting-edge strategies.
- Propose new channels and tactics to drive growth and expand the reach of paid campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and funnel analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous optimisation.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking mechanisms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters).
