Job Descriptions

As an Account Executive for managing Hong Kong and Taiwan, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reports. You will manage customer collections, handle vendor bills and payments, support month-end closing tasks, and assist with various financial administrative duties. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

• Educational Background:
  Minimum of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA or other professional accounting certifications are a plus
• Experience:
  Recent graduates with a background in accounting are encouraged to apply. Relevant accounting experience, particularly in invoice and bill processing, is advantageous.
• Skills:
  Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous in work.
  Strong knowledge of accounting double entry and accounting standards.
  Experience with expense management systems and accounting software; experience with Netsuite is a bonus.
  Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
  Professional proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

We are looking for an ambitious [Job Title] to:

• Record financial transactions from source documents into the accounting system, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Reconcile transactions with bank statements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee customer collections across subsidiaries. Support the customer service team in addressing payment status queries from customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor bills, purchase orders, payments, and employee claims in compliance with policies and accounting standards. Manage these tasks within established deadlines.
• Assist in month-end closing tasks for all subsidiaries. Ensure completeness and timeliness of financial data and reports.
• Perform financial-related administrative duties as assigned.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging.
• Address and resolve inquiries and discrepancies from vendors, customers, and stakeholders promptly, adhering to service level agreements (SLA).
