This position will be based in Taipei, helping to build the most beloved Smile Cosmetics Brand.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with creativity and strong leadership skill, you will directly report to our General Manager TW to ensure our products are optimized for Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, including product localization, distribution growth planning, and marketing optimization.

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing to:
- Responsible for brand & product development strategy and annual media plan, rapidly scale our portfolio of Smile Cosmetics products (Invisible braces, electric toothbrush, teeth whitening, toothpaste) to a multimillion-dollar business
- Manage, plan and execute marketing campaigns (product launches, user acquisition, promotion, performance marketing, PR, KOL, offline and brand collaboration), get to steward all activities, and be the glue connecting all stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, brand awareness, and performance to identify market potential, and initiate counteracting strategies and programs to drive growth
- Marketing budget planning, responsible for ROAS and various indicators management
You're a fit for this role, if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or startup marketing in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- End-to-end marketing experience from concept development, consumer research, ATL production to go-to-market activation
- Master of performance marketing, knowing how to execute for all current and future digital channels. Not just planning
- Experienced management with 10+ team members
- Experienced in A&P budget is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn consumer insights into meaningful actions in market
- Strong ownership and excellent project management skills to gatekeeper key milestones
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. and be well-communicate between local and HQ
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
