You're a fit for this role, if you have:

• A background in Operations, Supply Chains, and Logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, 3PL    operations, international freight, logistics, and customs regulations.
• A minimum of 2 year of experience in a rapidly scaling business or high-growth environments such as e-commerce, logistics/freight, or FMCG companies.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with OMS and WMS solutions.
• Business fluency in Chinese (preferred).
• An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in working in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) startup environment.
• An understanding that personal growth results from self-awareness and coachability.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Operations & Supply Chain Executive to:

• Freight Management: Supply planning with replenishment cycles to ensure stocks sufficiency by managing regional customs, distribution and last-mile transport network
• Warehouse Operations: Work with Singapore & Malaysia 3L providers on supply chain operations to ensure timely fulfillment, including distribution of product (inbound and outbound), warehousing to achieve targeted KPIs & SLA.
• Operation Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing processing through robust inventory management and control to ensure high stock and process accuracy. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all
  operational activities.
• Relationship Management: Work with internal (HQ, Local & Functional teams) & external (service providers) stakeholders to create additional value in the operational & supply chain network.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain and daily BAU operations processes, participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
