Sales Ambassador
Sales Ambassador / Senior Sales Ambassador(Part-Time / Full-Time)
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Ambassador to join our sales & marketing team. Your responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving sales, assisting with promo events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful as a Sales Ambassador, you should be passionate about the products and have the ability to inspire others as well. Outstanding Sales Ambassadors are able to make genuine connections with customers and tailor their sales pitch to different audiences.
You're a fit for this role, if you:
- Have a natural skill in listening to what customers want, helping them find the perfect product for their needs and convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
- Are able to constantly learn new product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
- Have a knack in setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
- Can engage in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
- Able to meet daily targets and submitting sales reports.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English (ability to speak Putonghua and can read/write is a plus)
- Enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of South East Asia's most dynamic environments
