Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to help grow our Consumer Products business in Taiwan. Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-centric mindset, you will be responsible for expanding distribution of our award-winning Smile Cosmetics products across various sales channels.
Based in Taipei and reporting to the Head of Consumer Products (TW, HK), you will own the planning, execution, and management of retail initiatives with a focus on driving offline sales.
We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to:
- Launch and scale sales channels to increase brand awareness and market share in the Oral Care category.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with retailers to deliver win-win results.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on order management, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Manage merchandising strategies, promotions planning, and trade marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
You're a fit for this role, if you:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales at FMCG companies.
- A solid understanding of wholesale operations and the retail landscape in Taiwan.
- Experience with relevant sales channels such as drugstores, department stores, specialty retailers, supermarkets, convenience stores, big-box retailers.
- A strong sense of ownership and an ability to make decisions independently.
