Digital Key Accounts Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Key Account Manager to help grow our Consumer Products business in Taiwan. Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-centric mindset, you will be responsible for raising awareness and driving sales of our award-winning Oral Care products. Based in Taipei and reporting to the Head of Consumer Products (TW, HK), you will oversee key distribution channels across retail and e-commerce activities to accelerate growth in one of Zenyum’s most strategic markets.
We are looking for an ambitious individual to:
- Supercharge online sales across multiple ecommerce channels (brand.com and 3rd-party platforms)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with e-tailers and retailers to deliver win-win results
- Own the planning, execution, and management of online promotions and retail operations
- Monitor sales performance and web analytics to improve marketing efficiency
- Propose and test solutions to boost market share, revenue, and repeat purchase rates
You may be a good fit for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail or digital marketing in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and retail operations
- Expertise in sales channel management and familiarity with the local digital landscape
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and self-motivation
